Please provide books or articles for further reading. It is clear from articles that parents can play an active role in brain development. But article does not give any tools.

Firstly, thanks a lot in taking interest in exploring new possibilities for your child.
As you rightly said, parents' active participation is required in brain development of children. There are many tools/techniques available. Unfortunately, tool itself is not enough to get the benefit. It requires to get the spirit of implementation of the techniques and being with children. This workshop "ISP: The Art of Parenting" is aimed at generating this spirit.
I would suggest you to find out if this workshop is being held in your city. If not, you can always join the online course. At least, attend an introduction and then make a choice.
